Distance is measured one way from our service location to your delivery address. The zone fee includes both initial delivery and final pickup.

How long is the rental?
Each standard rental includes 7 days. Extra weeks are available when requested before your scheduled pickup, subject to availability.
Do I have to clean the totes?
Please return them empty and reasonably clean, nested together, and accessible for pickup. We clean and sanitize them between customers.
Can I lock the totes?
Yes. The lids can be secured with compatible small locks or zip ties supplied by the customer.
What happens if a tote or dolly is damaged or missing?
Normal wear is expected. Missing or unusable equipment is charged at $15 per tote/lid set and $80 per dolly.
Rental basics
Equipment is intended for normal household, office, storage, and moving use. Do not use totes for hazardous materials, leaking liquids, illegal materials, or anything likely to permanently contaminate or damage the equipment. Customers are responsible for safe packing, lifting, transport, and use.
Important: Package availability, delivery timing, taxes, payment requirements, and final rental terms are confirmed at booking. Tote To Go does not insure customer contents.
